With over 15 years of clinical experience working as a physical therapist, I’ve spent my career helping people reconnect with their bodies in meaningful, lasting ways.
For years, I watched clients chase symptom after symptom, feeling frustrated and stuck in cycles of tension, shallow breathing, and discomfort. I knew there had to be a better way – one that didn’t just treat the surface, but addressed the entire system as a whole.
That’s what led me here. My work is rooted in understanding how the body truly works together, and how something as simple as your breath can create profound shifts in your posture, mobility, nervous system, and overall quality of life.
