1. Digital Products Only

Edupee.com exclusively sells digital products, including ebooks, audiobooks, and online courses.
Once purchased, digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned.

2. Refund Policy

Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we want to be fair to our customers. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Defective Files:
    If you receive a corrupted or non-functioning file, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We’ll promptly send you a replacement or process a refund.

  • Duplicate Purchases:
    If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with your order details. We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

  • Wrong Product Delivered:
    If you receive the wrong file or content, let us know within 3 days, and we’ll make it right.

  • Unable to Access Product:
    If technical issues on our side prevent you from accessing your purchase, and we cannot resolve the problem within 3 business days, a refund will be offered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incompatibility with your device or software (please check compatibility before purchase)

  • Failure to download the product due to personal internet issues

  • Claims made after 3 days of purchase
